Reverie is an intimate restaurant offering an ever-changing multi-course tasting menu with curated biodynamic, natural wine pairings. Internationally-trained Chef Brian, who previously staged at the old Noma in Copenhagen, is an advocate of using high-quality seasonal ingredients paired with the art of skillfully executing cooking techniques. Prior to coming to London, Ontario, Chef Brian worked at local pastry shops and restaurants in Toronto, Ontario and was previously a professor at Centennial College.
Reverie, which means “a state of being pleasantly lost in one’s thoughts; a daydream” envisions of providing guests a richer, memory-filled, experience through the marrying beauty of food and a chef’s personal touch. For over seven years, Reverie has opened its doors and pioneers in the tasting menu realm, with special events lined up seasonally to celebrate food, harmony, and mastery.
